Regarding post #8, what time zone is that Trading DOM using? To help determine this, refer to:
Chart Settings: Time Zone (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times menu)

If it is set "Use Global Time Zone", then please let us know what the Global Time Zone is set to. Refer to the following:
Time Zone Setting: Time Zone (Global Settings >> Time Zone)
