Make sure your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" is set to "1 Tick". Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) If you do have to change this, then you will want to redownload the data for each of your symbols. To do this, select the chart and then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You will need to do this once for each symbol, not for each chart. Also, we recommend using the "Range Bar - True" option in general.
