If you change the "Intraday Storage Time Unit", you need to select "File >> Reconnect" in order to make sure that the new data coming in will be stored in that increment. If you want the old data to also be in the same increment, then you will need to delete the old data and redownload it by selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Note that you only need to do this once for each symbol and not for each chart.
