Thinking about this some more, there was a short amount of time, about 3 or 4 weeks, when we transitioned the source for our US Equities consolidated tape data from Barchart to direct feeds, where if someone did not already have the US Equities consolidated tape activated, we would require they use NASDAQ TotalView. However, this was only in effect for about a week or two.

After that, if someone wanted the full consolidated tape feed, we would manually activate that data feed for them. Maybe you are referring to this.
