Can you specifically let us know what you are referring to: when I was unceremoniously told that the data I was getting wasn't complete and that there was no viable alternative.
During the time period you are mentioning, there were no issues with the US equities data feed. We do not know what you are referring to at all here. I received multiple confirmations that this did indeed happen as apparently it's now common knowledge.
We are quite certain, that what you are posting here is 100% incorrect. There is no validity to this at all. The only reliable source is us. Not someone who does not have inside knowledge. I was recently informed from a very reliable source that this exact data issue had been resolved. This has been offered since about the year 2014: Please confirm this is the case and that there is now indeed a reliable and complete Real Time Equities Volume at Bid and Volume at Offer datafeed
