So, I'm a still a bit miffed with Sierra Chart as I paid for access to real time Bid/Offer Volume data for Equities from 2020 until 2022 when I was unceremoniously told that the data I was getting wasn't complete and that there was no viable alternative..Have a nice day Not only did I pay for two years of "incomplete" data but I also paid a programmer a lot of money to create a spreadsheet so I could manipulate what I had been assured was accurate and complete data. I received multiple confirmations that this did indeed happen as apparently it's now common knowledge. Anyway, that's in the past. I was recently informed from a very reliable source that this exact data issue had been resolved. Please confirm this is the case and that there is now indeed a reliable and complete Real Time Equities Volume at Bid and Volume at Offer datafeed And if so, which Data feed I would need to order? To be honest, for what I was put through with this snafu I think I should get some credit added to my account.. It would be the right thing to do.. Anyway, I've attached my current account status.
