There is not a way to get labels from the TPO Profile study. What you need to do is use the "TPO Value Area Lines" study on the Numbers Bars and Tick Chart and make sure you set the Inputs to match the TPO study you have on the other chart. You can then use the Name/Value Labels in TPO Value Area Lines study to get the labels. You can also use the "Study/Price Overlay" to get those labels into the TPO Profile chart.
