If you are still not receiving Telegram alerts, follow these instructions: Make sure you are running an up-to-date version of Sierra Chart. Download the prerelease: Software Download: Fast Update Make sure you are running version 2616 or higher. Open the Sierra Chart Chat window with File >> Open Chat Window. Look for it on the system taskbar. In the list of chats on the left, select the group chat you have created for alerts and then select Commands >> Edit Group Chat. In the settings window, set Relay to Telegram to Yes. Press OK. If you still have an issue and are not able to enable this option, then delete the Chat Group by selecting it in the list on the left and then select Commands >> Delete Chat.
