The 4500 volume chart is "Condition Based", meaning the Price Bar is not complete until that condition is met. For Time Based Studies you need to use "Time Based Charts" If your 15m TPO chart is in the same Chartbook as the 4500 volume chart .... just overlay the 15m IB range to the 4500vol chart using (Study/Price Overlay) If the 4500vol chart is a separate Chartbook, open a Time Based Chart apply the IB range study then Overlay it onto the 4500vol chart .... you can then just hide the Time Based Chart in that Chartbook (because it's only being used to overlay a study) The (Study/Price Overlay) is to be applied onto the 4500vol chart, so remember to delete the IB range in that 4500vol chart & replace it with the overlay from the Time Based Chart.
