If you are still wanting to view the Crypto data, then you should keep the separate installation with it connected to "SC Data - All Services". But we really need more information to be able to help with whatever is occurring. Selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" should not make any difference if you are not changing the "Current Selected Service". We do not know why this would "appear" to work either, just a coincidence is all we can think, but we understand why it does not feel that way.
