To begin with, you have not activated any exchanges. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges You have also not connected to your live account with AMP. Since you are using CQG, follow the instructions at the following link: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once you complete the above, then you will be getting the real-time data for the exchange(s) that you activated. -- We do recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service. The one thing to keep in mind is that it only works with the CME Group. So if you were trading another market as well, then you can still use our Teton Order Routing for the CME Group, but you would need another brokerage account to trade the other market and it is best to have a separate installation of Sierra Chart for this.
