Depending on the situation, it is not unusual to have to wait a bit when first connecting in order to get the historical data downloaded. In terms of a data gap, refer to the following: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart But, if you were previously using Rithmic data and now switched to our Denali data, then you may just want to remove all the data and re-download in order to make sure the data is from a single source (our Denali data).
