I know weird eh? I have checked and all charts in all the chartbooks are set to load weekend data. I honestly don't know what is going but 1-the charts in all chartbooks on All Service do not update on a Monday morning from Friday close 2-if you call up a dom the data loads and is correct(I can see this as I have Teton up and working and can look at the two doms at the same time) 3-the issue is fixed, albeit after 30 mins of reloading data, by hitting edit>translate symbols... So I don't know what it is, but I do know the fix now each Monday. I will simply stop using All Service except for the BTC perp charts. Thank you for your reply, Karen |
