The reason you were down to 17 days (when we wrote that a few days ago) was because you had originally purchased Package 10, but then you changed to Package 11 and then to Package 12.

When you change your package, we adjust the remaining Usage Time based on the difference in the package pricing, so since you changed to a more expensive package, your Usage Time went down.

We do see that you originally purchased your package on March 5, which is the same day you posted. We had not realized at that time that you had adjusted your package. Given this, we have refunded the Usage Time and then refunded your Services Surplus back to your payment method.

We have a $5.00 processing fee for refunds, therefore a total of $31.00 was refunded to your card.
