The following item from your log is the problem:
2024-03-07 20:41:31.645 | Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled.

Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" and on the "Common Settings" page set the option for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". Then select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect".

After this, you will be getting the real-time data.
