You should be able to use the "Trailing Stop" order for this. When you enter this as the primary order from the Trade Window you have to enter the price at which you want this to be placed, but you can also set this up to be done through the DOM using the mouse. In either case, the offset from the current market price when you place the order is going to be the trailing amount. So as the price moves away from the stop, it will move with the price and when the price moves towards the stop, it will not move.
