We are going to do our best to have an alternative ready, in about two weeks, through Telegram integration. This is already supported through our Chat functionality which will be the foundation of this functionality. At this point in time, email alerts should be considered unsupported. We will not be providing any further help if you do not receive email alerts. And it was some user, who marked a very large number of their own email alerts, as spam, which triggered the problem.
