1. The fees you will incur using Teton versus CQG are going to be mostly dependent on your broker, as they set most of the fees. The one difference is the "Order Routing Fee", which typically runs about $0.10 per side. Teton does not have this fee, so you will save money on this aspect. 2. Teton Order Routing has been working for about 2 years now. There was only 1 time that there was an issue, and it only stopped the entry of new orders. Any existing orders were dealt with properly. -- 1. We do not have specific customer service hours. We have people that monitor our Support Board nearly 24/7, although the core hours where someone is specifically available is from 09:00 - 17:00 Central US. Time - basically when the U.S. markets are open, which is what most of our customers are trading. 2. We do have an email - support@sierrachart.com, but this should not be used for support issues/questions. You should post any issues to this Support Board, it is our main support outlet and our highest priority. 3. We do not have a phone number you can call for issues.
