I read through the link prior to submitting the support ticket. It does not offer solutions to my problem. 1) There is no error given in the Alert Log. It just says "Alert Message Error: " and is completely blank. 2) I changed email addresses, as well as left it blank (the link says it will email your Sierra Chart email if left blank) and it still does not work. What is the potential cause of this problem and what are my options? I recently upgraded to 2609. Could this be the issue? Leaving the "email" field completely blank and having SC send it to my default/registered email address still gives me the same error, indicating it is unable to send an email for some reason and isn't a typo in the email address field.
