The change in 2609 (or one of the releases around it) was for this new setting that controls the color of the text in the Price and Time boxes. By default it is set to Black, so it needs to be changed. If you were changing this and it was not changing the color of the text in the Price and Time boxes, then most likely you were not changing the color in the correct section. Keep in mind there are Global Graphics Settings and Chart Graphics Settings. The use of one or the other is controlled by the option in the Graphics Settings - Chart for "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings".
