To determine if you are in Simulation Mode or live, you need to look at the Trade menu at the top and see if there is a checkmark next to "Simulation Mode On". If it has a checkmark next to it, then you are in Simulation Mode, otherwise you are live with whatever service you are set to connect to. You will need to update this item.
