Make sure your shortcut is pointing to the correct location. And you may have to go back a few days to find a configuration file that works properly. We wonder if you have another folder with Sierra Chart and somehow your shortcut got mixed up, or something about the installations is crossed. In terms of starting from the folder directly, it may be that your shortcut is setup to use "Run as Administrator". Try right-clicking on the executable and selecting that option when you try to run it.
