What issue are you noticing regarding this? There should be none. Whenever you look at a chart, it is immediately drawn at that time. If a chart is not visible it is still always updating, just not the graphics. The graphics are of no value if you cannot see it. Also the change probably is not of any value anyway because the operating system is not likely to even attempt to draw those charts in the background anyway.
