Thank you for resolving the issue of multiple charts. As for the unresolved issue, when I first saw the seemingly random orders, I first checked the spreadsheet. It showed a new row for every minute that passed and sure enough, there was nothing in the buy column to indicate that a signal occurred. I came to the conclusion that it was using the 15 second chart to place orders because orders were being placed 4 times as often as they should, so I reduced the time frame by 4 and turned on "Show Order Fills." Orders were being placed and filled at the exact times a signal appeared on the 15sec chart. My conditions have no involvement with the 15 second chart. No part of my spreadsheet System for Trading has any time basis whatsoever, aside from each row being a new minute. I only have 1 chart and 1 Spreadsheet System for Trading in my Chartbook.
