The ability to combine the "Recent Bid/Ask" columns has been released for the last few releases. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Recent Bid/Ask Volume Columns (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

We do not know when we will be able to get to the rest of the columns.
