Hello Support, I am getting a problem loading futures charts that are not listed on sierra charts for Interactive Brokers. The following says for this symbol: Message from IB: Historical Market Data Service error messages:HMDS query returned no data: AJU4@GLOBEX Trades.IB Error Code 162. Request ID: 73. Symbols that are listed load fine. Just seems to be a problem with symbols that are not listed but you can trade through IB TWS. Any solutions? Thanks |
