You are on Package 3 (Base Standard). The "Base" packages only have access to real-time data for FOREX, CFDs, Crypto Currencies, and Market Statistics. Any data that requires exchange payments (The CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities) require that you are on one of the "Integrated" packages. To change your package, select the following link and then select the package you want in the menu to the left and then select the "Update/Set" button. When you change your package, we do not give a refund, or ask for payment, rather we adjust your remaining Usage Time based on the difference in price of the packages. If you are wanting data for The CME Group, then you will need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, and you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to that account for verification.
