1. It's not the "Base" packages, but the "Standard" ones, which you are on. These do not have support for the Numbers Bars or Numbers Bars Calculated Values studies. You can change to the "Base Advanced" package at any time (or any other package). Select the link below to go to the section where you can change your package, select the package you want in the menu to the left and then select the "Update/Set" button.
