This is the first time I encounter this problem. I haven't changed any setting regarding charts or data. Intraday charts keep updating properly. Historical charts have stopped on 02-09-2024. This is the last day I can see on them, right now. Unless I went crazy overnight, I remember seeing bars from 02-12 and 02-13 yesterday. I can't see them anymore this morning. This happens on all MBO symbols : SPYM_BO, QQQ_MBO, INTC_MBO, META_MBO, AMD_MBO, TSLA_MBO and so forth. If I switch to the traditional symbols such as SPY, QQQ, INTC, etc... the problem doesn't exist. Also, some symbols have stopped on 02-08. There's a discrepancy. In chart settings, I have "days to load for historical chart data type" set to 4380. The date range in file is from 1999-03-10. The data range in file (read only - greyed out) is 2024-02-09. Load data limit method is Use number of days to load. In data/trade service settings, historical daily data download time is set to 06:45:00 New York Time. Maximum historical days to download for daily data is 18250. What should be done? |
