To check if you are using Sierra Chart data, look at the symbol in the Chart Header (if you have this displayed) and there will be an [M] after the symbol, which means you are getting the data from us. Note that this will not be present in a Sub-Instance. Refer to the following: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: The Meaning of the [M] Designation after a Symbol The other thing to check is if the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". If it is set to "No", then you are definitely not getting the data from us. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) And finally, you need to have subscribed to data from us (it sounds obvious, but you would be surprised). You are subscribed to the "Full CME Group" exchange, so your data for the CME Group would be coming from us assuming the "Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes".
