then I suspect that you are evaluating the email address is the same as the one stored on SierraChart. In my case they are different. I had used a hotmail address on SierraChart and a gmail address on Apex.
I ran into this issue when i tried to connect to an AMP account and I ended up updating my email on SierraChart and then it connected. Can you please confirm if this would be a reason for the error I am seeing?

There is no connection whatsoever between an email address on your Sierra Chart account, despite any coincidences you might have seen, and connecting to an external service. We have no control over connecting to external services.
