When using a Daily time frame, the data comes from a different source, where the exchanges send only the Open, High, Low, Close and Volume for each day. Therefore there is no Bid/Ask information to create the Numbers Bars. You would need to force the Daily (and higher) timeframes to use the Intraday data to get what you want. You do this by setting "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Data Only".
