Your deposit was not made in time. The exchanges renew on the first day of each month just after midnight UTC time. Therefore, when you deposited your funds, the exchange had already been shutoff. You were notified of this through several methods. Then, once your funds were put into your account, you did not re-activate the exchange, which is why you are not getting the real-time data.
