Dear Support

Today I am receiving TopStep/Rithmic disconnection issues which may be my interpretation of the Sierra Setup Instructions or Rithmic.

I have read through "https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php#SetupInstructions" and John's post on the 19th re a similar subject.

However, I may have misunderstood the instructions as far as data is concerned.

Trading Username = Rithmic Trading Account Username
Trading Password = Rithmic Trading Account Password

Market data Username = Sierra Account/Username (to access Denali)
Market Data Password = Sierra Password

Historical Data Username = Sierra Account/Username (to access Denali)
Historical Data Password = Sierra Password

2024-01-28 11:38:58.270 | Rithmic Direct - DTC | Disconnected.
2024-01-28 11:38:58.270 | Will reconnect to the server in 4.0 seconds. Select 'File >> Disconnect' to prevent further connection attempts.
