Those new performance parameters, are not the cause. Lowering them, assuming they have any impact would only theoretically decrease performance for a chart. However, probably not making any practical difference. In most cases they would not be applicable for a chart and therefore the settings do not make any difference. We definitely think the issue is on your side. Perhaps if you are running security software this security software is treating a new version differently and impacting its performance. There are no performance issues whatsoever a newer versions. This we are certain of.
