You state that the VWAP is not starting at 15:00 in your chart, but the chart image you gave us did not go back to 15:00, so we could not see that it actually did not start at that time. Please scroll your chart back so that 15:00 is visible and then get us an image so we can see what is occurring with your VWAP.
