Hi Guys, I recently purchased a trading course from Intuitive Trading Institute with 5 - Advanced - 97.2 USD/3 Months" included for free in the price. I have selected this option in the add usage credit and clicked the update and renew now button however it does not seem to be working or register on my sierra chart platform. I have a message that states usage time has expired and Emergency Account Activation has failed and my Sierra chart platform advises me to contact you as shown in the screenshot included in this email. I wonder if it would be possible for you to reset the trail period and guide me on to how I can credit the 3 months live data feed courtesy of the Intuitive Trading Institute on my account.
