The "Highlight Adjacent Alerts Minimum Group Size" allows you to see when a group of "Threshold Alerts" has occurred at a set of prices all next to each other. So if you set this to 6, then if 6 prices all together, meet the threshold value you have entered, then you will get a rectangle drawn around those 6 alert squares. If you set it to 3, then any group of 3 or more will be highlighted. If you set it to 1, then every square will be highlighted.
