The problem is your Sierra4.config file. We do not know why, but there is a problem with it, and that is why you are not getting the trade accounts showing. You can try to find a backup of that file that does not have the problem. Refer to the following:

Worst case, if you can not find a backup easily enough, you would need to exit from Sierra Chart, and then remove the file 'Sierra4.config'. Then start Sierra Chart again, and the file will be created as a new file. You would have to recreate any changes to your global settings that were stored in that file.
