My account is set up on Teton order routing, and the clearing firm is IronBean.
Now, SC can show my account information. But I can't receive real-time data.
How to fix it??

You do not have any exchanges active in order to get the real-time data. You can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Just keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis, so if you activate an exchange today (January 26, 2024) you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remaining time in January, and then need to pay again on February 1, 2024 for the month of February. So you may want to wait until February 1 before activating an exchange.
