Instance does not maintain same quantity for OCO orders
If you are referring to the quantity set prior to putting in an order, then you need to keep in mind that instances are all completely separate. So any quantity entered in the Main Instance is not going to reflected in any other instance. Refer to the following:

not show the points when adjusting positions on the chart.
In terms of the orders not showing the points when modifying, refer to the following setting:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Attached Order P/L When Modifying (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Working Orders >> Working Orders - Display)

2nd instance does not allow me to change the quantity of bracket orders that are pending. Nor does it allow me to change the actual positions of the bracket orders. This problem is fixed if I close the 2nd instance and try to make the changes in the 1st instance.

Are these simulated or live orders? Where are you entering the order (main instance or sub-instance)?
