Is this on all charts on that system?

Can you start a new chart and see if the problem is with that chart as well.

If you still have the issue on a new chart, then please get us that Chartbook and your Sierra4.config file and we will take a look. Refer to the following for how to get us files:

The Sierra4.config file is located in your main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart).
