Start by rebooting your computer to make sure it is not a resource availability issue with your system.

If you still have the issue after rebooting, then select "Trade >> General Trade Settings >> General" and change the entry for "Number of Simulation Accounts" to a value other than what is in this field (i.e. if it is set to 1, then change it to 2, if it is 27 change it to 5, etc.). We just need the number to change.

Let us know if after you do the above if you are still having an issue.
