You are connected to the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed". And the reason you are not able to place any trades with that service is that your account value is set to $500.00 and your Margin Requirement is 100%, therefore you would need an account value of $1947.00 in order to place the trade you are wanting to make. You need to either adjust your balance or your margin percentage. With regards to Trade Simulation Mode, since you are connected to the Trading Evalautor - Delayed, which is a simulation environment, you are not able to turn on Simulation Mode. If you want to work with the built-in Simulation Mode, then you should not be connecting to the Trading Evaluator - rather you should set your service to "SC Data - All Services".
