Regarding this:
It just momentarily freezes when I toggle show order fills on and off from the menu yes, that is minor.

You need to clean up the TradeActivityLogs folder:
Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Not Displaying or Clearing (Improving Trade Activity Query Performance)

Remove all files, where you do not need the data for a particular date and account. And remove any very large files.
