As long as your account is in good standing, meaning that you have the exchange activated and that your "Verified Until" date is in the future, then the only other thing you need to verify is that the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes".

In this case, regardless of the Service you are connected to, you will get the data from our Denali feed for the exchanges you have active. Any other data would come from the service you are connected to. Refer to the following for more on this:
