We have no idea how this can be the case, as the particular pointer style is not defined by Sierra Chart. As we stated, we request what is set in the Operating System for the "Precision Pointer" and use what we get from the Operating System. We are not aware of a way to change this in the operating system on a per program basis, but maybe you came across a way to do this that we are not aware of.
