1. You are currently on Package 11, so there is nothing for us to do related to the trial. 2. You can not get any real-time data on a trial. You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages - which you currently are. You have not yet activated any exchange on our Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get real-time data.
