Hi Support,

Need help with 2 issues here:

1. I'm having issues activating trial with my phone number. I have tried activating but not receiving message with code to activate. Need help here please.

2. The explanation of services and how it applies to trial is very confusing to me. There is a lot of conflicting information on your webpage explaining these. Here's my use case; I would like to get integrated service package 11 ($46) + Denali Exchange US Equities Consolidated Tape ($10). My questions are these:

a) Will these services be included in the initial trial or not?

b) Do I need to wait for the initial trial to be activated and used up before I sign up for these or can I still sign up now and when my trial is activated, the start date of the services are pushed out until after trial is complete?

c) Also there's conflicting information about how exchange fees (in my case Denali Exchange US Equities Consolidated Tape) are not included or are included in trial. which is it?
