We are not understanding your example as "C" stands for the Close (or Last) of the bar, and we also do not understand the .20 since you state you want number of price changes over time, which would be an integer number. Please give us some more specifics on what exactly you want to do along with where you want to do it (is this an Alert you are trying to create, or a display of the information, or something else).
